Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 22wins. Access to the 22wins platform is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. 1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 22wins website and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 22wins Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all users of the 22wins Platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered account holders, and any person who participates in any game, promotion, or service offered by 22wins. 2 Eligibility
To register and use the 22wins Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulations.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 22wins, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 22wins Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
22wins reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned at 22wins' discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering on the 22wins Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.
3 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 22wins Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different Philippine mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 22wins reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 22wins account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. 22wins may require you to verify your identity by submitting a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license) at any time.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 22wins login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 22wins will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 22wins immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 22wins may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
22wins accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 22wins does not charge currency conversion fees on PHP transactions.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on the 22wins Platform is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your account verification status. 22wins reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours, Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 MN Philippine Standard Time. Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed promptly, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet may take one to three (1–3) business days.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 22wins reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a pending KYC review.
Important: Funds deposited into your 22wins account are held for gaming purposes only. 22wins is not a bank and does not pay interest on account balances. Deposits must be used for gameplay and are subject to applicable bonus wagering requirements where a bonus has been claimed.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 22wins are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement within the specified validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
22wins reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any winnings derived from abusive bonus activity may be forfeited.
5.4 Eligibility
Promotions at 22wins are available to eligible registered players only. 22wins reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion. Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any 22wins promotion.
6 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the 22wins Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the 22wins server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative.
22wins uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective table game as displayed in the live game interface.
22wins reserves the right to void any game round or bet that has been affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or any other event that compromises the integrity of the game outcome. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions. Past game results do not influence future outcomes.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22wins Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or security systems.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported to 22wins and will be forfeited.
- Allowing any third party to access or use your 22wins account.
- Engaging in any conduct that 22wins reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 22wins Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 22wins.
The 22wins name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 22wins. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of 22wins.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 22wins, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 22wins Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond 22wins' reasonable control.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered thereon.
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.
- Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
The 22wins Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 22wins makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, 22wins' liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12 Amendments to These Terms
22wins reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 22wins will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the 22wins Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 22wins customer support.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 22wins informally by contacting our customer support team. 22wins will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
22wins operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily may escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority.
